There has been some fantastic writing in the Guardian over the weekend and today, and my two recommendations are Alistair Campbell and Robert Booth, both of whom I rate highly as comentators, for very different reasons. For those of you wanting a more explanatory read, this by Oliver Burkeman.
Many of you, of course, know that the planning, resourcing, modality options, access, and delivery of mental health services in the NHS is a complete disaster; so bad in fact that I sometimes feel there is a turf-war between those of us who are firefighting, and those of us who prioritise the need for radical reform. We need both.
